
Alice in Chains
Alice in Chains is a rock band formed in Seattle, Washington in 1987. They have sold over 25 million albums worldwide, and are credited for popularizing the grunge scene in the 1990s, along with Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Soundgarden. Alice in Chains broke up after their singer Layne Staley died of a drug overdose in April 2002. However, they reformed in 2005, with William DuVall taking Staley's place.
