Liam Gallagher
Oasis was a Britpop band formed in 1991 by brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher.
Noel Gallagher
They were extremely popular, selling over 70 million records. They were influenced greatly by bands such as The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. They made eight studio albums before breaking up in 2009. Noel Gallagher pursued a solo career with Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and the remaining members created a band called Beady Eye.
