Still Cyco After All These Years is the seventh album by Suicidal Tendencies. Originally recorded in 1989-1990 during the Lights...Camera...Revolution! sessions, the album was not released until 1993. Still Cyco After All These Years contains re-recordings of all 12 songs from the band's 1983 self-titled debut album, re-recordings of "War Inside My Head" and "A Little Each Day" from their second album Join the Army, and an extra track, "Don't Give Me Your Nothin'", which was previously released as a b-side to "Send Me Your Money".
