The Lumineers are an American folk rock band, who officially formed in Denver, Colorado. The band members consist of Wesley Schultz, Jeremiah Fraites, and Neyla Pekarek. In 2011, the band signed a management deal with Ohio Entertainment after the managers saw the band's music video for their song Ho Hey, played in Jeremiah's apartment. The band's songs are known for their simplicity.
